REPAMA collects used schoolbags

REPAMA collects used schoolbags

RePaMa (Représentants des parents d’élèves Mamerschoulen) is organising a collection of old schoolbags for the ‘Spëndchen’ service of the Luxembourg Red Cross and Caritas for children in Luxembourg.

Used schoolbags (cycles 1 to 4) can be dropped off at the Maison Relais leisure centre in Mamer. Special trolleys have been installed in the buildings for the collection.

The schoolbag must be in good condition, i.e. not broken, without holes and clean, just like a schoolbag you would give to your child.

The Red Cross ‘Spëndchen’ service coordinates the distribution of donations.

Find out more about Revis

Find out more about Revis

Luxembourg offers its residents a wide range of financial assistance. However, people are often unaware of what assistance can be applied for and what the procedures are. That’s why the Ministry for the Family, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception has launched a new campaign to inform people about the Revis (Social Inclusion Income). As well as leaflets on the subject in eight languages, videos have also been produced.

You can find more information on the Revis, the leaflets and the videos at this link: https://tinyurl.com/yr65f7ru.
