Senior Plus is an offering from the Hëllef Doheem Foundation, supported by the Commune de Mamer via an agreement signed in 2016.

Senior Plus is aimed at local residents over the age of 65, offering advice and a range of services to help them live safely in their own homes for as long as possible.

In this context, Hëllef Doheem offers personalized advice, adapted to the living situation and the region, to help those concerned make their daily lives easier.

Service Senior Plus offers individual advice such as:

• Help with everyday life (in the community, the region, etc.) ;
• Help with domestic tasks (housework, laundry, meals, accompaniment, etc.);
• Health and social services (health insurance, long-term care insurance, nutrition, etc.);
• Reduced mobility or physical weakness (technical means, means of transport, local possibilities…) ;
• Loneliness or personal difficulties (leisure activities, associations, sports, culture, companionship, Seniors’ Clubs…) ;
• Safety for seniors and their homes (fall detectors, smoke detectors, 24/24h emergency calls…).
