General Land Use Plan – Specific Amendment to the Written and Graphic Portions of the General Land Use Plan (PAG) for the Municipality of Mamer Concerning Properties Located in Capellen at the Place Known as “Route d’Olm”
The public is hereby notified that, at its meeting on July 13, 2026, the Municipal Council of Mamer deliberated on a specific amendment to the written and graphic portions of the General Development Plan (PAG) of the municipality of Mamer concerning properties located in Capellen at the place known as “route d’Olm,” aimed at amending, on the one hand, the graphic portion to replace the “urbanization – eco-friendly open-air parking – Pé” with an easement zone designated “urban development – open-air parking and/or carport – Po” and to remove the easement zone “urban development – eco-friendly open-air parking – Pé” from the legend, and, second, to amend the text to remove the provisions regarding the “urban development – eco-friendly open-air parking – Pé” easement zone from Article 22 – “urban development” easement zones.
Pursuant to Article 12 of the amended law of July 19, 2004, concerning municipal planning and urban development, the municipal council’s resolution, as well as the proposed specific amendment to the general land-use plan, together with the preparatory study and the presentation sheet, will be available for public review for 30 days starting July 22, 2026, at the Municipality of Mamer—Urban Planning Department, 7b route de Dippach in Mamer, where the public may review them.
Within 30 days of the publication of the draft plan in at least four daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy—that is, from July 22, 2026, through August 20, 2026, inclusive— comments and objections to the proposed specific amendment to the general development plan must be submitted in writing to the College of the Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Mamer, 1 Place de l’Indépendance, L-8252 Mamer (P.O. Box 50, L-8201 Mamer), under penalty of forfeiture.
A summary of the proposed ad hoc amendment to the graphic portion of the general development plan is published electronically on the website www.mamer.lu/urbanisme/pag. Only the documents filed with the Urban Planning Department are considered official.

Pursuant to Article 2.7 of the amended law of May 22, 2008, regarding the environmental impact assessment of certain plans and programs, the public is hereby notified that the Mamer Municipal Council, at its meeting on July 13, 2026, decided not to conduct an environmental assessment in connection with the specific amendment to the written and graphic components concerning properties located in Capellen, at the place known as “Route d’Olm,” following the opinion dated May 11, 2026, Ref. D3-26-0066-PS/2.3, from the Ministry of the Environment, Climate, and Biodiversity, which determined that significant environmental impacts, as defined by the amended law of May 22, 2008, regarding thethe assessment of the environmental impacts of certain plans and programs, are not foreseeable as a result of the project’s implementation and that, consequently, the project does not require a more in-depth analysis as part of an environmental impact report.
This notice is also published electronically on the website www.mamer.lu/urbanisme/pag . Only documents filed with the Department of Urban Planning are considered official.
Pursuant to Article 12 of the aforementioned amended law of May 22, 2008, an action for annulment may be brought against the decisions rendered. Such an action must be filed within 40 days of the date of this publication, failing which the right to bring the action shall be forfeited.

Proposed amendment to the graphic portion of the special zoning plan known as “Op Edemerbierg,” covering properties located in Mamer, at the place known as “Op Edemerbierg”
The public is hereby notified that a proposed amendment to the graphic portion of the special development plan known as “op Edemerbierg,” covering land located in Mamer at the place known as “op Edemerbierg,” prepared by the firm LSC360 s.a., located at 4 Rue Albert Simon, L-5315 Contern, has been submitted to the municipality for approval.
In accordance with Article 30 of the amended Law of July 19, 2004, on municipal planning and urban development, the project will be available for public review for thirty days beginning June 17, 2026, at the Municipality of Mamer, Urban Planning Department, 7b route de Dippach in Mamer, where the public may review it.

Within thirty days of the publication of the project filing in at least four daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg—that is, from June 17, 2026, through July 16, 2026, inclusive— comments and objections to the project must be submitted in writing to the College of the Mayor and Aldermen of the municipality of Mamer, 1 Place de l’Indépendance, L-8252 Mamer (P.O. Box 50, L-8201 Mamer), failing which the right to object will be forfeited.

General Development Plan – specific amendments to the written and graphic sections on land in Capellen – Steinchenwies – supplement to the environmental impact report
In accordance with article 7.1. of the amended law of May 22, 2008 on the assessment of the impact of certain plans and programs on the environment The complete file for the specific modification of the written and graphic parts of the general development plan, together with the preparatory study, the presentation report, the environmental impact report and the supplement to the latter, will be made available to the public at the commune of Mamer – urban planning department, 7b, route de Dippach in Mamer from February 11, 2026 for a period of thirty days. The project will be published in the daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy on February 10, 2026.
Only documents submitted to the urban planning department are deemed authentic.
All interested parties may submit their comments and suggestions electronically (secretariat@mamer.lu) or send their written observations directly to the College of Burgomasters and Aldermen of the municipality of Mamer, 1 Place de l’Indépendance, L-8252 Mamer (boîte postale 50, L-8201 Mamer), within a period of forty-five days, i.e. from February 11, 2026 to March 27, 2026 inclusive.
