General Development Plan – specific amendments to the written and graphic sections on land in Capellen – Steinchenwies – supplement to the environmental impact report
In accordance with article 7.1. of the amended law of May 22, 2008 on the assessment of the impact of certain plans and programs on the environment The complete file for the specific modification of the written and graphic parts of the general development plan, together with the preparatory study, the presentation report, the environmental impact report and the supplement to the latter, will be made available to the public at the commune of Mamer – urban planning department, 7b, route de Dippach in Mamer from February 11, 2026 for a period of thirty days. The project will be published in the daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy on February 10, 2026.
Only documents submitted to the urban planning department are deemed authentic.
All interested parties may submit their comments and suggestions electronically (secretariat@mamer.lu) or send their written observations directly to the College of Burgomasters and Aldermen of the municipality of Mamer, 1 Place de l’Indépendance, L-8252 Mamer (boîte postale 50, L-8201 Mamer), within a period of forty-five days, i.e. from February 11, 2026 to March 27, 2026 inclusive.

Zolwerfeld IV” new district development plan for land in Capellen, Zolwerfeld area
The public is hereby informed that a project for a special “new district” development plan known as “Zolwerfeld IV” covering land in Capellen, at a location known as “Zolwerfeld”, drawn up by LSC360 s.a., established in L-5315 Contern, 4, rue Albert Simon, on behalf of Elliot Promotions s.a., established in L-3372 Leudelange, 24, rue Léon Laval, has been submitted to the municipality for approval.
In accordance with article 30 of the amended law of 19/07/2004 concerning municipal planning and urban development, the project is deposited from 26/11/2025 for thirty days at the commune of Mamer, urban planning department, 7b route de Dippach in Mamer, where the public can consult it.

Within thirty days of the publication of the project deposit in at least four daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, i.e. from 26/11/2025 to 29/12/2025 inclusive, observations and objections against the project must be submitted in writing to the Collège des Bourgmestre et Echevins de la commune de Mamer, 1 Place de l’Indépendance, L-8252 Mamer (boîte postale 50, L-8201 Mamer), under penalty of foreclosure.

Draft “new district” special development plan for land located in Mamer, at “rue du Commerce”.
The public is hereby informed that a project for a special “new district” development plan for land located in Mamer, at a place called “rue du Commerce”, drawn up by Papaya – Urbanistes et architectes paysagistes s.a., established at L-4361 Esch/Alzette, 12, avenue du Rock’n’Roll, on behalf of the KURT consorts, has been submitted to the commune for approval.
