Draft Special Zoning Plan for a “New Neighborhood” (PAP NQ), titled “62 Route d’Arlon”
The public is hereby notified that a draft special zoning plan for a “new neighborhood” named “62, route d’Arlon,” covering properties located in Mamer, at the place known as “route d’Arlon,” prepared by the engineering firm PACT s.à r.l., with offices at L-6753 Grevenmacher, 58, rue de Machtum, has been submitted to the municipality for approval.
In accordance with Article 30 of the amended law of July 19, 2004, concerning municipal planning and urban development, the project will be available for public review for thirty days beginning September 23, 2026, at the Municipality of Mamer, Urban Planning Department, 7b route de Dippach in Mamer, where it will be available for public review.
During the same period, the project was published on the website www.mamer.lu/urbanisme/publications. Only documents filed at City Hall are considered valid.
Within thirty days of the publication of the project’s filing in at least four daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg—that is, from September 23, 2026, through October 23, 2026, inclusive— comments and objections to the project must be submitted in writing to the College of the Mayor and Aldermen of the municipality of Mamer, 1 Place de l’Indépendance, L-8252 Mamer (P.O. Box 50, L-8201 Mamer), failing which the right to object shall be forfeited.

Proposed Ad Hoc Amendment to the Written Text and Site Plans of Its “Existing Neighborhood” Special Land Use Plan (PAP QE)
The public is hereby notified that a draft amendment to the written portion and site plans of its special land-use plan “existing neighborhood ” (PAP QE) has been made public; this amendment primarily concerns a general harmonization of terminology and wording, as well as changes regarding the number of housing units that may be authorized and the average living area, the layout of buildings, and changes to the general requirements applicable to all zones, technical installations, outbuildings, and recreational facilities.
In accordance with Article 30 of the amended law of July 19, 2004, concerning municipal planning and urban development, the project will be available for public review for thirty days beginning August 26, 2026, at the Municipality of Mamer, Department of Urban Planning, 7b route de Dippach in Mamer, where it will be available for public review.
