Incentive bonus for post-primary school pupils
The subsidy is allocated to needy pupils living in the commune of Mamer and attending post-primary education, but not higher education.
They receive communal aid equal to the subsidy allocated by the social services of the Ministry of Education.
Each application must be accompanied by proof of the state subsidy granted by the social services of the Ministry of Education for the previous school year.
Students in post-primary education who have resided in the municipality of Mamer for at least one year and who successfully completed the previous school year are eligible for an incentive grant.
No incentive bonus is awarded to a pupil or student who has failed or attended a class at the same level as the previous year.
For high school students, a copy of the third-quarter report card attesting to successful completion of the school year must be attached to the application.
Applications from university students must be supported by a certificate attesting to successful completion of the academic year in question.
