The LEADER Geschichte vum Duerf (Stories from the Village) project has set itself the task of documenting the life stories of 12 people born before 1950 in the LEADER Zentrum Westen region. Carried out with great commitment and passion, this unique project aims to make the testimonies of another era accessible to future generations. It has created a bridge between generations and strengthened the region’s cultural identity.
The book, which also documents the personal stories of residents of the Mamer commune, is available in bookshops across the country, and for those interested in listening to the stories, they can be accessed on the www.kultrun.lu website.
