The Commission for Family and Third Age organised a cookery course with Laurent Baudouin, a former member of the Luxembourg Culinary Catering Team, at the Maison des Associations in Holzem.
In groups of two, under the guidance of the qualified chef, the participants prepared fish soup step by step.
There was plenty of laughter and good humour, and to round off the evening, the group enjoyed the meal together.
