The HOPLR neighborhood network arrives in the commune of Mamer.
HOPLR is a private platform reserved exclusively for local residents, enabling them to strengthen contacts between neighbors, help each other out and organize joint activities.

- Share your good addresses: restaurants, artisans, babysitters and local tips.
- Organize friendly events, such as block parties, flea markets or neighborhood gatherings.
For this network to be a success, it must bring together a large number of participants. HOPLR is completely free of charge and without advertising.
