Art Takes Over the Former SICA Recycling Center

About 50 local artists are exhibiting their works in the former SICA recycling center in Kehlen. The exhibition is still open from Friday, November 6, through Sunday, November 8, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

As in 2023, a former SICA building—set to be demolished in a few weeks—is hosting a pop-up gallery one last time. At the opening, Mayor Luc Feller, president of SICA, emphasized the importance of offering local artists the opportunity to showcase their work in an unusual setting.

A fashion show by Morena Couture, a Mamer-based fashion label, also highlighted the opening reception. Designer Osvaldina Moreira presented her upcycled creations, including a cocktail dress made from the covers of the Mamer municipal newsletter.
