The Kinneksbond has been enriched with a Kinneksgaart, created in collaboration with the Leader Centre Ouest and as part of citizen participation.
At the inauguration, attended by Aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette and Alderwoman Francine Closener, as well as representatives of the members of the Leader Centre Ouest, the local council and those who run the green space, Mayor Luc Feller was delighted to see the magnificent development of the garden, with everything that is already growing and flowering there.
He also emphasised that citizen participation in the municipality will take on even greater importance in the coming months with the “jeparticipe” project, which will be open to all residents aged 12 and over, and which was unanimously adopted by the Municipal Council.
The community garden was created under the aegis of the Commission for Energy Transition, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development, first on paper and in workshops, then in practice on the ground.
