ICT morning at Kinneksbond fundamental school

The use of digital technologies in schools was the focus of an ICT morning at Kinneksbond fundamental school.

Alderman Ed Buchette, Nadine Schmid and Jessica Klopp from the School Commission and Regional Director David Bettinelli, accompanied by Bob Feyereisen and Pascale Tapella from the school presidency, got an idea of this form of teaching by visiting the participating classes in cycles 1 to 3.

The children enthusiastically demonstrated their knowledge and skills in using new technologies. For example, they wrote and designed a digital book (BookCreator), brought animated stories to life using coding (Scratch) and even created 3D designs (TinkerCard), which were then printed on a 3D printer.
