Honouring the local firefighters

To thank the firefighters of the Centre d’Intervention et de Secours Mamer (CISMA) for their tireless commitment to serving the citizens of Mamer and the surrounding area, the Collège des bourgmestre et échevins invited both active firefighters and members of the Amicale to a festive dinner at the Mamer Schlass.

On this occasion, Marc Mergen was honored by the municipality with a gold watch for his 25 years of service. Mayor Luc Feller presented Marc Mergen with the gift for his many years of service, and a bouquet of flowers to his wife Lotty.

Thanks were also extended to the entire CISMA Mamer corps, which over the years has become an important pillar of the CGDIS and an essential guarantor of safety in the commune.

Alongside Aldermen Roger Negri, Ed Buchette and Alderwoman Francine Closener and members of the local council, guests enjoyed a pleasant evening in good company.
