The first Summerfest op der Cap at the Sports and Leisure Park in Capellen was a lively affair.
Right from the start of the party, there were plenty of people on site. The Tëtelbierg Bléiser played a pleasant aperitif concert, creating a real Biergarten atmosphere. The atmosphere was excellent. The on-site playgrounds were well used, and the catering very much appreciated. In the afternoon, the Singers Unlimited provided the entertainment. The children were not left out. Jonn Happi entertained them with his magic tricks and acrobatics.
The commune was represented by Aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette and members of the local council at the successful party. The former mayor and current Minister of Finance, Gilles Roth, was also on hand for an aperitif at the Parc des Sports et des Loisirs.
