Drawing attention to the importance of early detection

As part of Pink October, dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer and the importance of early detection, Luxtrust, in collaboration with the Citizen’s House of the Commune of Mamer, presented a musical play at the Mamer Schlass.

Entitled ‘Depisto Girl’, the show tackled the subject of breast cancer with courage and sensitivity, aiming to break down taboos and highlight the importance of regular check-ups. It reminded us that early detection, even before the first symptoms appear, remains one of the best ways of combating this disease, which is affecting more and more women.

After the performance, the audience was given the opportunity to talk to a gynaecologist and a patient involved in raising awareness, providing an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas on the subject.
