Distinctions for Mamer students at the UGDA national graduation ceremony

Many of the Commune de Mamer’s music students were honored at this year’s national UGDA music school graduation ceremony, held at the European Convention Center in Luxembourg-City.

Patronised by the Municipality of Mamer, the ceremony was a source of pride for Mayor Luc Feller and Alderman for Culture Ed Buchette, who were delighted to see so many children and teenagers from their locality taking to the stage.

In his speech, Luc Feller described this annual graduation ceremony as a highlight, not only for the pupils and the teaching staff, but also for the municipalities, which see it as the fruit of their collaboration with the Union Grand-Duc Adolphe.

Addressing the young musicians, the mayor pointed out that this diploma was not only a testimony to talent, but also to commitment and perseverance, all qualities of which they could be justly proud.
