Swearing-in of Mr Yannick Beck as a member of the Local Council

At the meeting of the 27th of November 2023, Yannick Beck (CSV) was sworn in as a new member of the Mamer Local Council.

The 22-year-old physics student replaces long-serving mayor Gilles Roth, who has taken up the post of Finance Minister in the Frieden-Bettel government.

The new councillor was sworn in by the acting mayor, Roger Negri.

In the municipal elections to be held in June 2023, Yannick Beck finished eighth on the CSV list and was thus the next member of his party to be elected to the Municipal Council.
