Lifting of Water Use Restrictions

The Syndicat des Eaux du Sud (SES) announced today that the orange alert related to the risk of water shortages has been lifted. As a result, water use restrictions in the municipality of Mamer are lifted effective immediately.

The temporary measures in effect since July 9, 2026, are therefore no longer applicable.

A big thank you to all citizens for their understanding and their help in conserving drinking water supplies over the past few weeks.

Although these restrictions have now been lifted, responsible and judicious use of drinking water remains essential to ensure the long-term preservation of this precious resource.
