Discovering wild animals

The Commission de la Famille et du Troisième Âge organized a wonderful outing to the famous Sainte-Croix animal park in Rhodes. Many people took part in the outing, and enjoyed a very enjoyable and instructive day.
Over a total area of 130 hectares, participants were able to discover more than 1,500 animals from near and far, including wolves, bison and bears, in their natural environment. Participants also learned a great deal about wildlife, both here and in other countries.
The atmosphere throughout the day was, like the weather, excellent. By the end of the afternoon, on the return journey to Mamer, there were obviously nothing but satisfied faces on the bus.
