Pastry workshop to kick off the festive season

In the run-up to the festive season, the Commission for Family and Third Age organized its Christmas baking workshop at the Maison des Associations in Holzem.

Under the guidance of Laurent Baudouin, teacher at the Hotel school, participants made mini Yule logs with buttercream. After preparing the dough and filling, they learned how to roll and decorate their pastries, guided by the professional’s advice.

In a convivial atmosphere, the workshop provided an opportunity to share culinary traditions and moments of exchange, launching the festive season with gourmet delight.
