In the run-up to Valentine’s Day, the Commission for Family and Third Age came up with the idea of organizing a cooking class especially for men.
At the Maison des Associations in Holzem, the gentlemen, under the guidance of chef Laurent Baudouin, prepared a main course of “Crispy chicken aumonière with mushroom sauce, glazed carrots and saffron rice with almonds”, and a dessert of “Tiramisu with raspberry pistachio cream”.
The ladies of the committee provided advice and assistance, so that participants could surprise their sweethearts on February 14 with a delicious menu prepared with love.
