The use of screens in the evening can disrupt the sleep of children and teenagers.
To raise awareness of this issue, a poster entitled “Bildschirmzäit – Schlofen” has been published by BEE SECURE. It draws attention to the impact of screens in the evening, and suggests a concrete way of promoting better sleep.
