Concert by Max Mutzke with the Military Band

The open-air concert by an internationally renowned artist, accompanied by the military band, has become a tradition in Mamer, attracting large crowds to the Place de l’Indépendance every year.

This year, German singer Max Mutzke took to the stage with the Military Band, conducted by Lieutenant-Colonel Jean-Claude Braun.

Mutzke, known for having represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004, gave it his all right from the start, so the audience was immediately carried away.

The singer was surrounded by a military band in top form. Finance Minister Gilles Roth, Mayor Luc Feller, Aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette and members of the local council were also able to see for themselves.
