The rose pruning course was well attended

In collaboration with Patrimoine Roses Luxembourg, the commune of Mamer organized a rose pruning course. Some forty people visited the rose garden behind the Château de Mamer to learn more about rose care.

Explanations were given by Pierre Lauwers, expert and gardener, in charge of green spaces for the town of Le Roeulx (B), Amandine Marinx, member of the jury for the Royal International Competition of New Roses in Le Roeulx (B), and members of the association. Participants also took the opportunity to learn more about the history of this emblematic flower.
