On the occasion of the traditional Mayors’ Day, the mayors and aldermen of the municipalities gather each year at the Schueberfouer to serve customers at the various restaurants.
The mayor of Mamer, Luc Feller, once again treated guests to a meal at the Kugener restaurant, along with his colleagues from Wincrange and Goesdorf. Alderman Ed Buchette, members of the municipal council, and a number of employees from the Municipality of Mamer also gathered at La Fouer to enjoy a good meal and share a drink.
The atmosphere was excellent throughout the evening. A portion of the evening’s proceeds was also donated to a good cause. As part of Mayors’ Day, a check for 6,000 euros—equal to the evening’s proceeds—was presented to the Luxembourg Red Cross.
