Around 200 people found their way to the Kinneksbond cultural center for the traditional New Year’s reception for the associations and advisory commissions of the municipality of Mamer.
Mayor Luc Feller, aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette, alderwoman Francine Closener and many members of the town council took part in this wonderful celebration.
In his speech, the mayor underlined the importance of associations in a dynamic, lively and multicultural commune. He reviewed the projects carried out in collaboration with the clubs and for the associations of the commune. Luc Feller emphasized the good cooperation with the associations, who participate with great commitment in local events.
This was followed by a toast to the New Year by local officials and club representatives.
