The Ministry of the Environment and the Nature and Forestry Administration have launched a wonderful campaign called “Our Trees Will Surprise You!” Do you have a remarkable tree in your garden, or do you know where such a tree is located? If so, you can report it. By doing so, you contribute to the protection of rare and exceptional trees and, consequently, to the preservation of the environment. Currently, approximately 240 trees have been classified as “remarkable trees” due to their shape, size, location, historical significance, etc.
The Municipality of Mamer supports this campaign and encourages its residents to report any notable trees.
