Orange Week 2026: raise awareness, take action, support

Orange Week 2026 is launched today, November 25, 2025, in Luxembourg.

Spearheaded by the National Council for Women, the campaign raises awareness of violence against women and girls, which the color orange symbolizes as a call for a violence-free future.

The commune of Mamer joins this mobilization and invites everyone to remain attentive to the signs of violence and to support the people concerned.

In this context, the Commission pour l’Égalité des Chances is organizing a screening of the film Hors d’Haleine at the Mamer Schlass on December 3, 2025 at 6:00 pm, followed by a round-table discussion.
