Nuit du Sport was a great success in Mamer, with 842 active participants, including 489 children and young people.
Malgré les fortes pluies tombées en début de soirée, le public a répondu présent pour découvrir les 17 ateliers sportifs proposés par les clubs locaux au parc Brill et au stade François Trausch.
Mayor Luc Feller, Aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette, Alderwoman Francine Closener and members of the town council also visited the various stands and chatted with the volunteers.
Thanks to the commitment of clubs, associations and the Sports and Leisure Commission, the Nuit du Sport was transformed into a real celebration of sport and community life, rounded off by a spectacular fireworks display.
