Capllen fundamental school organised a lovely Christmas market in the courtyard. As soon as the bell rang, the party began. Pupils and their parents had the chance to grab a bite to eat, drink some delicious mulled wine or buy homemade Christmas decorations.

The Telethon was also present at the market with its “Sapin de l’Espoir”. For one euro, people could buy a coloured ribbon and hang it on the tree. Proceeds from the event will be used to support research into rare diseases. The children from the various cycles put people in a festive mood with song and dance performances.

The Alderman of the Commune of Mamer, Ed. Buchette, also enjoyed a glass of mulled wine at the Christmas market.
