Arcus organizes a big back-to-school party at Capellen every year. This year, the school and Maison Relais de la Cap were celebrating their 10ᵉ anniversary. A good reason to make the party even bigger. Due to the construction site near Maison Relais and the school, the event took place in the Cap sports and leisure park. In glorious weather, many families made the trip to Capellen for a convivial afternoon.
Children could take part in several games. For each game, they received a stamp on their participation card. After completing five challenges, they were presented with a medal donated by Apech (Association des Parents d’élèves Capellen et Holzem). The aim of the event was to encourage encounters between children, parents, Maison Relais and school staff. The atmosphere was excellent, and it wasn’t just the pupils who went home satisfied in the evening.
Mayor Luc Feller, alderman Roger Negri, the President of the School Commission, Nadine Schmid and members of the local council also attended the festivities.
