A wonderful Christmas party for the older generation

More than 320 senior citizens took part in the Christmas party organized by the Commune of Mamer, in collaboration with the Commission de la Famille et du Troisième Âge, at the Kinneksbond Cultural Center.

Mayor Luc Feller, accompanied by Aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette, Alderwoman Francine Closener and members of the local council, presented a number of projects for senior citizens, thanked them and emphasized their essential role in the development of the municipality.

He also presented the new Guide Seniors, currently being mailed to residents aged 65 and over.

Finance Minister and former Mayor Gilles Roth was also present.

After the aperitif, a menu was served in a convivial atmosphere, with musical entertainment provided by the duo Lisa and Rol.
