A successful Christmas season at Kinneksbond Basic School

Over the Christmas period, children from Kinneksbond School in Mamer enthusiastically took part in the Sapin de l’Espoir project in support of the fight against rare diseases.

Thanks to the sale of 1 euro arrows to decorate small Christmas trees, 2,850 euros were raised.

A Cycle 3 class symbolically handed over this amount to representatives of the Luxembourg Lions Club, who will donate it to the Telethon for research into rare diseases.

When the cheque was handed over, Mayor Luc Feller and aldermen Roger Negri and Ed Buchette congratulated the children on their commitment.
