Permanence for the water service

A water service hotline is available by calling 31 00 31 81.

In the event of an emergency, the team in charge will take action:

• any leak in the main pipes and
• leaks in house connections.

The emergency service operates throughout the year from 4pm to 7am the following day, and at weekends from 4pm on Friday to 7am on Monday.

The team responsible undertakes to respond within 30 to 45 minutes at the latest.

Please do not misuse this line and only contact the team responsible in the event of an emergency in the drinking water supply network.

• parking violations
• surveillance of municipal assets
• paid parking
