Since 2016, the RGTR bus network has been constantly evolving. It has been gradually reorganised in different phases to improve user mobility. This restructuring will come to an end on July the 17th 2022 with the implementation of the last phase of reorganization, accompanied by a new numbering of the lines of the entire RGTR network.
The new numbering also concerns lines linking the Commune of Mamer to the rest of the country. Here are the details:

Ruffbus Gemeng Mamer
The Ruffbus Gemeng Mamer is the municipality of Mamer’s free personalised shuttle service. This electric minibus system is at your disposal every day (except public holidays) from 8.00am to 8.00pm for shopping, medical visits, administrative formalities, leisure activities and more.
The Ruffbus Gemeng Mamer is free of charge for the citizens of the municipality of Mamer and covers the entire territory of the municipality and its surrounding communes. It provides door-to-door transport on request.
There are no fixed stops in the ten communes served, except on the territory of the City of Luxembourg, where the only stops are in front of the Centre Hospitalier (CHL), the Zithaklinik, the Hôpital du Kirchberg, the Clinique Bohler, the Rehazenter Kirchberg, the CHL Eich and the Place de l’Étoile (connection with the tram).
Towns served by the Ruffbus: Mamer, Bertrange, Dippach, Garnich, Kehlen, Koerich, Kopstal, Steinfort, Strassen and Luxembourg City (fixed stops).

Further information:
- Use of the Ruffbus is free and reserved for citizens of the commune of Mamer.
- The Ruffbus cannot be used as school transport.
- Unaccompanied children must be at least 13 years old to use the Ruffbus.
- There are fixed stops in Luxembourg City: in front of the Centre Hospitalier (CHL) and Place de l’Étoile, from where the tram runs.
