These rules relate to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April the 27th, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and Luxembourg Law No. 686 of August the 1st, 2018 concerning the implementation of the European Regulation.

 

Scope of application

These conditions apply to personal data processed on the www.Mamer.lu website.

Personal data refers to all data linked to an identified or identifiable person.

Personal data may be collected and processed for purposes relating to the municipality’s public tasks and legitimate interests.

Basically, the site does not collect personal data.

Specific forms (such as “contact”) may collect specific personal data, e.g. contact form.

Where personal data is collected, it is obtained directly and freely from the user of the site as the data subject (article 13 of the GDPR).

The legal basis is therefore the “consent” of the user who freely enters their data.

All data entered is for the sole use of the local authority. The commune does not share this data and does not transfer it (neither nationally nor internationally).

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised recipients.

The Google Analytics tool may be deployed on the site. This is necessary to obtain statistical information on the use of the site’s pages.

A “session id” cookie may then be used. The cookie does not store any other personal data (enabling the session author to be identified).

 

Right of access, rectification and deletion of data
