At the invitation of the Commission for Sports and Leisure<\/strong>, some 140 people found their way to the Mamer Schlass village hall to find out <\/strong> about the simplification of administrative procedures and the new rules that apply to associations with the status of asbl under the law of the 7th of August 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n At the conference<\/strong> on the new law on non-profit associations, notary Edouard Delosch<\/strong> explained the changes to the articles of association, the categories of association and the financial management procedures that apply under the new law.<\/p>\n As Chairman of the Commission for Sports and Leisure, Tom Kerschenmeyer, in the presence of Mayor Luc Feller and Alderman Ed Buchette, emphasised the importance of the 40 or so associations<\/strong> in the municipality.
