Notices to the public concerning municipal planning and urban development and the environmental impact assessment of certain plans and programs<\/h2>\n

These documents are available in electronic format for easy consultation. Only the documents deposited at the town hall are authentic.<\/em><\/p>\n

General Development Plan –<\/strong> specific amendments to the written and graphic sections on land in Capellen – Steinchenwies – supplement to the environmental impact report<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In accordance with article 7.1. of the amended law of May 22, 2008 on the assessment of the impact of certain plans and programs on the environment <\/u><\/strong>The complete file for the specific modification of the written and graphic parts of the general development plan, together with the preparatory study, the presentation report, the environmental impact report and the supplement to the latter, will be made available to the public at the commune of Mamer – urban planning department, 7b, route de Dippach in Mamer from February 11, 2026 for a period of thirty days. The project will be published in the daily newspapers printed and published in the Grand Duchy on February 10, 2026. <\/p>\n

Only documents submitted to the urban planning department are deemed authentic.<\/p>\n

All interested parties may submit their comments and suggestions electronically (secretariat@mamer.lu) or send their written observations directly to the College of Burgomasters and Aldermen of the municipality of Mamer, 1 Place de l’Ind\u00e9pendance, L-8252 Mamer (bo\u00eete postale 50, L-8201 Mamer), within a period of forty-five days, i.e. from February 11, 2026 to March 27, 2026 inclusive.<\/p>\n
