The Office Social Commun Mamer (OSCM<\/strong> ) is responsible for the communes of Bertrange, Dippach, Kehlen, Kopstal, Leudelange, Mamer and Reckange-sur-Mess.
Current legislation creates a right to social assistance designed to enable citizens to lead a life in keeping with human dignity, while preserving their autonomy (law of December 18, 2009 organizing social assistance).<\/p>\n

Social office missions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– supporting people of all ages facing all kinds of problems<\/span>
– information and assistance in accessing existing institutions, legal benefits and social services<\/span>
– psychological help, guidance<\/span>
– handling social emergencies<\/span>
– temporary financial aid depending on the problem<\/span>
– draw up a personalized activation plan with the REVIS beneficiary<\/span><\/p>\n

The offices of the joint social office are located at <\/span>2-4, Parc d’Activit\u00e9s Capellen (B\u00e2timent B), L-8308 Capellen<\/strong>. <\/span>The Social Office is open <\/span>Monday to Friday<\/strong> during the following hours : <\/span>08:30 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 16:00<\/strong><\/p>\n
