Having met by chance and united both on stage and off, Elise Nunes and Steve Richer took their name from the mayfly, for whom every moment is worth a lifetime. Their dream pop finds its shadows and whispers in the French language: weightless layers of sound and vocals, suddenly streaked with bursts of rock, somewhere between Charlotte Gainsbourg, Portishead, and Chelsea Wolfe.
